Black eyeliner is often most commonly used day to day to line the eyes. There are liquid liners, pencil liners & black matte eyeshadow.
Black liquid eyeliners are easy to apply but needs to be carefully done as it smears over the eye easily due to it's liquid nature once it's not lined close to the eyelashes.
Black Pencil eyeliners are easy to applyand work best when they are well sharpened. A quick tip is to dab a little body oil at the tip of the pencil if it's too dry and not linning the eyes properly.
Black matte eyeshadow is best applied by an angle brush. The brush must be tapped off to remove excess shadow before applying to the eye.

You are doing an amazing job! Out of curiosity, I followed your step by step advise on how best to use the black eyeliner. The interesting part is that it is with the same product I have used over the years but this time I had a different result.
